One focused block

A single 4-week training and nutrition block targeting one priority — strength, conditioning, or a body composition goal. Best for testing GRIT or training around a short-term focus.

QUARTERLY

A full 12-week phase

Three connected monthly blocks periodized in sequence — typically a base-building phase, a loading phase, and a peak/deload phase — so progress compounds instead of resetting every month.

ANNUAL

Four periodized quarters

A full year built as four quarterly phases with planned deload weeks and shifting nutrition targets by season — the structure most clients use to hit a major goal like a race, event, or long-term recomposition.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. You can move up or down a tier at your next billing cycle — nothing locks you in beyond the term you choose.

What does "anonymous" coaching actually mean?

GRIT is the brand and the method, not a personal social feed. You get full access to your coach through the platform — you're just not signing up to follow anyone.

Do quarterly and annual plans bill upfront?

Yes, both are billed as a single upfront payment for the term, which is how the discount is applied.

Is equipment required?

Foundations and Guided are built around dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight work so they travel well. VIP 1:1 programming adapts to whatever equipment you have, including full gym access.
